Customers must provide:

Photos or videos of the issue

We do not accept returns for change of mind unless approved.
If approved:
Customer may be responsible for return shipping costs
Item must be unused and in original packaging
Custom / POD Products
Personalised or print-on-demand items cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
